ON-LINE RESERVATIONS ARE FOR USE BY GIRL SCOUTS - NORTH CAROLINA COASTAL PINES COUNCIL MEMBERS ONLY Welcome to Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines online reservation system for our troops and service units. Outside Girl Scout troops, Non-Profit or Private Groups should contact helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org to reserve a property. To check site availability: 1) Select a site from the drop down menu in the “Category” field 2) Enter dates in the “Show Availability From” and “To” fields. Click “Go.” 3) Select a specific unit or All from the drop down menu in the “Filter by” field 4) View the available dates 5) Click on the available date you want to reserve to make a reservation

Archery Entire Day Archery Range The archery range has 4 targets. There are right and left-handed bows available. Archery is not recommended for Girl Scout Daisies. Girl Scout Brownies can participate in some archery activities if the equipment is designed for children of that grade level and body size. Participants must be old enough to understand safety procedures and handle equipment so as not to endanger themselves and others. Safety Activity Checkpoints must be followed. Ratio: 1 Instructor to every 10 girls.

Waterfront Entire Day Waterfront - Kerr Lake The Waterfront area has a magnificent view of Kerr Lake and is a semi-private cove. There is an H dock that can be used for swimming, as well as a T dock for canoeing, kayaking, and sailing. The Waterfront area can be reserved only if someone with the group has small craft safety training. There are no facilities for launching boats that do not belong to Girl Scouts – North Carolina Coastal Pines. Copies of current certifications must be submitted to the Council office four weeks prior to your campsite reservation. No equipment will be issued without prior approval.
