Welcome to Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines online reservation system for our troops and service units.  Outside Girl Scout troops, Non-Profit or Private Groups should contact helpdesk@nccoastalpines.org to reserve a property.

 To check site availability:

 

1) Select a site from the drop down menu in the “Category” field

2) Enter dates in the “Show Availability From” and “To” fields. Click “Go.”

3) Select a specific unit or All from the drop down menu in the “Filter by” field

4) View the available dates

5) Click on the available date you want to reserve to make a reservation

Archery Entire Day

Archery Range

The archery range has 4 targets. There are right and left-handed bows available. Archery is not recommended for Girl Scout Daisies. Girl Scout Brownies can participate in some archery activities if the equipment is designed for children of that grade level and body size. Participants must be old enough to understand safety procedures and handle equipment so as not to endanger themselves and others.  Safety Activity Checkpoints must be followed.  Ratio: 1 Instructor to every 10 girls.

Swimming Pool - Capacity 110

Use of the swimming pool (NO diving allowed) at Camp Hardee requires adherence to all Safety Activity Check Points regarding water safety.  User group must provide certified lifeguard(s) and watchers. The lifeguards are at least 16 years old and have American Red Cross Lifeguard Training certification or the equivalent. One Lifeguard must be present for every 10 swimmers.  Copies of certifications must be sent to the Raleigh Service Center four weeks prior to the use of the pool.  Weather permitting, the pool is open from May 15 – September 15.  The pool is not available for troop or group use during resident camp.
